Kimchi Spring Rolls
From "My Poor Tired Liver"
4 cups cashews (can sub sunflower seeds)
1/2 cup liquid aminos
1/2 sesame oil
1/2 cup tahini
1 TBSP Agave or Maple Syrup
1 Quart Kimchi
Process all ingredients in your food processor until a textured (not smooth) paste forms.
Roll the mixture in rice paper with greens, julienned veggies, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, serve with pad thai sauce
