The Brandy Crusta

2 oz Brandy

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp simple syrup

1/2 tsp orange liqueur

1 dash angostura bitters

Rim glass with cut lemon wedge, then dip into superfine sugar. Put lemon peel all around inner rim of glass. Fill half with crushed ice, then add shaken contents.
